prefer physicians who do the least, which doesn’t

replaced MCare HMO is essentially Blue Care Network (BCN)
with coverage for UM hospital services. It may share BCN's
requirement for lab tests only being covered if ordered by
an in-panel physician (which doesn’t include us).

HMO, so they will not cover visits here.

savings from not buying a more comprehensive plan to pay
for whatever kind of care you want.
